These terms address the website only. The services Trash Caddie performs at a community — valet trash, bulk trash removal, pet waste cleanup and trash can cleaning — are governed exclusively by the written service agreement executed with that community.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry and to have authority to request service on behalf of the community you identify. We rely on that information to plan a property walk and prepare a proposal.
