Trash Caddie is a locally owned and operated valet trash and community cleanliness company based in Annapolis, Maryland. We serve apartment, condominium and multifamily communities throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia, and everything we do is organized around one idea: keeping communities clean, one round at a time.
The company exists because multifamily waste service in this region had a gap. National valet vendors brought scale but not responsiveness, and property managers found themselves explaining the same property quirks to a rotating cast of dispatchers. Small operators were responsive but often unreliable on the fundamentals — uniforms, route discipline, documentation. Trash Caddie was built to be both: professional in execution and local in accountability.
Being local is not a marketing line here. It determines how the service runs. What we do
Communities can add one service or bundle all four under a single agreement with one invoice and one point of contact. Bundling is common because the problems are connected: valet trash removes waste before it sits, can cleaning removes the residue behind, bulk removal keeps the pad clear, and pet waste service protects the greenspace between buildings.
