Trash Caddie serves apartment, condominium and multifamily communities throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. We are locally owned and operated from Annapolis, Maryland, which places our crews inside the region they serve rather than dispatching them into it from somewhere else.
That geography matters more than it might seem. The DMV is not one market — it is a waterfront county, a set of historic districts, a dense transit corridor, several military-adjacent communities and a large stock of suburban garden-style housing, all within an hour of each other. A valet trash route that works in a Pasadena garden-style community does not translate to a Rosslyn high-rise, and neither resembles a townhome HOA in Waldorf.
